Order value over £50 = FREE Standard Shipping

Standard shipping sent via Royal Mail -Delivery 2-3 working days

EUROPE

Order value under 120€ = 6€ Standard Shipping

Order value over 120€ = FREE Shipping

Sent via FedEx (& partners dependent on country)

Delivery 7-10 working days

Orders are subject to local import duty & taxes payable to courrier upon delivery

PLEASE NOTE

All orders are sent using signed, trackable courrier services (depending on size & weight of the package). If there is no-one at the address to sign for the delivery either redelivery will be attempted by the courier or a card will be left with details on how to rearrange delivery or where your package is being held for collection.

Our office hours are 10am-6pm Monday to Thursday. All orders are processed up to noon every day. Orders received after this time will be sent out on the next working day (Monday to Thursday).

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and UK public holidays will be shipped on the next working day (Monday to Thursday).

You are liable to pay cost of return shipment for any unwanted items. Komodo will only cover return expenses if you have received a faulty or wrong item - if you have received a faulty or wrong item please contact shop@komodo.co.uk
